It’s Beginning to Look a Lot Like {Christ}mas

My cute little man kept trying to steal the gingerbread man while I was trying to get a picture of him! He was just too cute, I had to get a picture of him before we…ate him…: /

He’s so funny when he sees cameras! He always smiles no matter what his mood is. Our little ham! :)

He was SO cute with his first Christmas Ornament! All I gotta do is put a picture in it now!
We tried to get a good picture of him putting it on the tree.
But he just wanted it off of the tree and into his mouth!

We finally got one I liked! :)

The very top of our tree is a special section of our tree. It’s the section of our tree that remind us of our loved ones who have passed away. There are ornaments there for Travis’ father, My Grandmother K., and My Tutu and Papa. I need to get one that reminds me of my Grandpa K., perhaps a cool old fashioned airplane. I’ll have to check it out. I used to be a huge fan of the classier trees with all uniform ornaments. But after setting up our tree with all of these special ornaments. I’ve come to a few conclusions.
1. I love the memories associated with ALL of these ornaments. The bulb with the snowmen above was from a sweet sweet lady who is one of my mom’s best friends. She gave it to us for our first Christmas. This year I’m SO grateful for it, because it’s the only one we had for our first Christmas. They are all treasures!
The heart ornament below the sock monkey is a set of three. They say: “Today, Tomorrow. Forever” I bought them for Travis before he and I even started officially dating. I gave him one of the hearts each time something major happened. The first one was for when we started dating. The second was when we had gotten engaged, and the third I gave to him when we got married.
Here’s a picture of most of our tree…
I love it so much, it makes my heart swell. This was taking right after we had finished decorating it. Tofu was underneath it investigating.
My second conclusion was that, I also LOVE the uniform trees, so we have one of those as well…
The official conclusion you ask? They are both beautiful in their own ways. Both of them are so special, and thus…we will have to have two trees forever! And I am most definitely ok with that!
